The hotel was clean and competitive, had exceptionally good views to room. Very central location very close to Dotombori and Nipponbashi and train and Dotombori and Namba Park, it was in a lovely area. The services were nice, offered us very good high speed Internet access.

Fairly clean hotel with responsive staff and top location right by subway, Osaka and Shinsaibashi. Hot dishes were served at the signature restaurant. The service was exceptional, I loved it.

The hotel is more than adequate and exceptionally clean, I loved its great location and staff. Nearby a train station, walking distance to the shops and a market. Happy to have a bar in the lobby. There's easy to access parking available and complimentary internet too

We appreciated the American breakfast and the very polite staff. The beach was good. There were lots of restaurants to eat, like Chibo that was only 10 minutes' walk away. The pool was brilliant, had a sauna and a jacuzzi. Best value.

Kind and fairly clean place with pleasant staff. I loved my room, it was just lovely & perfectly clean. The service at check in here was perfect too. There were fast internet and very convenient parking available. I had a decent stay, thank you so much!
